The Lean Belly Prescription: A Reasonable Review

We all recognize that having a lot of belly fat can be a problem. Not only can it give us those ugly and embarrassing “muffin tops”, it can add pressure to our bodies and contribute to things like diabetes, coronary issues and more. Now, however, there is a new book on the market named the Lean Belly Prescription that claims to help readers get rid of their muffin tops and improve their health. This book has been reviewed pretty much everywhere and we wanted to determine if the contents of the book are superior to anything else that is already out there so we chose to give it a closer look.

The book can be bought through standard bookselling retailers like, Barnes and Noble and Borders. This helps give trustworthiness and legitimacy on the book. This makes it a lot easier to believe in as well because you won’t have to concern yourself with an affiliate inflating the review to make sure that you buy the book even if they know that the book won’t be helpful. The book is also written by Travis Stork. He is popular from his time on “The Bachelor” reality program along with his regular appearances on “The Doctors”, a syndicated daytime program. He is obviously more, however, than just a TV personality. He is a genuine doctor and works in the emergency room at an actual hospital.

All right, we have reviewed the first couple of points regarding the lean belly prescription, of course you realize they play a significant role. But is that all there is? Not by a long shot – you actually can broaden your knowledge greatly, and we can help you. We know they are terrific and will aid you in your pursuit for solutions. Once your knowledge is more complete, then you will feel more self-confident about the subject. But we have kept the best for last, and you will understand what we mean once you have read through.

Dr. Stork uses the book to plug his Pick 3 to Lean system. The Pick 3 to Lean plan can help you customize your diet and lifestyle habits but does not require you to spend hours and hours working out a gym. This program promises that you will be in a position to lose fat and never having to abstain from any of the things you like the most (food, free time, etc). The program is based on the N.E.A.T (or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) concept. This principle states that it is possible to use up calories without having to work out.

From what we can see, the book makes lots and lots of promises but does not offer any new or important information. In fact, almost all of the suggestions found in this book can be found through a few simple Google searches and basic common sense. It will probably be incredibly disappointing for those who were looking for a real reason behind the guidelines the book gives. The book doesn’t search into principle a lot. Instead it simply presents readers with a collection of outlines and instructions to follow. If you’re a person who likes to have a clear cut plan to follow but who doesn’t want to have to worry about the particulars of the plan, this might be the book you are looking for.

Traditional common sense tells us that the only real way to lose weight is to eat good food and get regular exercise. This book defies that sort of logic so we don’t actually know whether or not it is going to work as well as it promises to. However, in this time, with a doctor’s blessing (your own medical doctor, not the author of the book), nearly anything is worth at least a cursory glance!
